Merdeka Holiday @ Tamarind Square

We had a long weekend sempena Hari Merdeka. So on Sunday tuh, we went to Tamarind Square sebab cam dah lama tak pegi, nak carik some activity books for the kids and im pretty sure the open area tuh ada macam2 lined up event.

The lighting was kind, not too hot nor too gloomy.

  

  

  

We went up till 3rd floor. Apparently ada offices here. Cam best jugak if kejer area sini.

Then we went to makan2. Don't know which cafe to choose, we opted for food truck jelah sebab leh try macam2. 

  

  

After that we went to BookXcess, ada exhibition of late Yasmin happening at that time.

  

  

It's time to go back biler dah start jalan tahap seret kaki!

  

Merdeka Celebration at Zafeer's School

It was Malaysia 62 Years of Independence! Zafeer's school gave out notice quite early that they will be having a Merdeka celebration where the kids were encouraged to wear patriotic/ national costumes to show their love and appreciation towards the country. So sempat lah mama nie scroll online shop to buy something. Instead of beli the whole set, i just bought tengkolok...jimat sket. Baju melayu Naqeeb punyer dolu time 6yo, so it was a bit too big for Zafeer. Yang penting recycle 😂

Kekami shared a picture of Zafeer came home with a pressie. Yeay! Suka lah dia dapat something from school. Now he wants to sharpen his pencil with that sharpener ONLY.

School Break @ SuperPark, AvenueK

Cuti one day to spend time with the kids at SuperPark. Zafeer said he likes to jump jump! So to trampoline jump we go! We reached there around 10ish, paid for the tix and socks. The kids dah tak sabar nak explored the area.

  

Super grip socks for adults and kids. The place is clean and big, but because layout dia cam memanjang and L-shape so tak berapa nampak the hugeness of the space. 

  

There are games for all ages. Young ones, kids, teens and even adults. 

  

  

This part a bit funny lah for 3+ years old kene stand there and watch the demo video before boleh masuk the trampoline area. Haha susah kot nak soh budak stand still tengok instructions plus baca pon belom reti lagik.

  

  

  

If you go downstairs, ada lagik few more games like bowling, soccer, etc

Pedal car, ice skating rink,slide, pinball etc

  

  

  

  

  

Even though adults tanak main pon still have to pay for entry tickets. So i'm basically like photographer only lah in there haha, but hopkos main gak sikit2.

  

  

  

  

The only family pictures when we were there. Tuh pon susah nak soh dedua stop and look at the camera.

We stopped around lunch time, sumer dh lapar. Pegi makan kat TCRS and then coffee at Starbucks.

  

Berangan jap kat H&M homes. Sempat grabbed few tshirts for the kids and redeemed the H&M gift card yang dapat time staff trip hari tuh. Memang kejap sangat lahh berangannnye while Jeeb tengokkan the kids. Jadik kalut bila dedua dah start berlari and slide2 kat lantai.
