CNY Money Packet 2022

This year’s interesting CNY money packet that we received. This one was from BNPP using velvet paper material. Pegang pon best smooth jer so nampak naik the embroidery design. 

This one is my favourite. Retro style from Citi. Cool buat scrapbook neh!

This one was from OCBC. Got 4 colors inside one packet. Bila combined all 4 dapat a full picture of dragon. 

Ada banyak lagik money packets yang lain. But this year, i refrained myself from taking one design each. Instead i just choose design yang i minat and amik 1 piece only. Well, except for Citi because i planned to guna for my scrapbook. Satu drawer penuh kat rumah tuh tah biler nak filter tah.

Kad Raya and Stamps

Don't know for how many years since i last write kad raya. This year when i saw POS Malaysia released raya edition stamps berkenan pulak. They also kluarkan kad raya collection yang murah. I bought it so that Qeeb can give to his classmate and teachers. But since school semua online, we managed to send to teachers jer bila gi collect books before Raya holiday.

Then ternampak kat IG feeds Kedai Saharil jual kad raya yang nice with cute stickers on raya SOP. So gotta buy and send to my GLC friends! Sbb dolu slalu Mas laa yang rajin kirim kad raya. Somehow i didnt took picture pulak of the kad raya from that kedai, ada video jer sabo jelah. Meanwhile kad raya POS tuh actually quite disappointed with the quality wpon kertas nipis ok jer but at least lipat lah properly. Ce tengok the picture...mmg fail lahhh nampak kesan lipatan salah yang senget2 tuh. 

 

Most of friends know that i love to collect money packet. Plus the perks working in PN, banyak banks send over their money packet. Yang susah dapat is corporate banks and usually the design cantik2! This year memang tak dapat banyak lak because most of us work from home and some banks pon cut cost tak print money packet. 

  

But retailers punyer pon banyak yang cantik2! Me likey!! like pokoks siap ada 2 different collections based on their fabric prints. I also have mimpikita but (again) terlupa nak take a picture of it. Jeeb's design for DRBH got chosen this year, love the material but he didn't share the whole pack pastuh terlupa trus nak amik gambar. Haizz!

I thought it was a chocolate box at first. Cool gila this set because of the packaging and the continuation of the illustration from each packet to another.

Money Packet 2017

Some money packets received this year. Mostly from member banks :)

• Maxis - designed by Tom Abang Saufi. Love the prints and if only they use better font. 

• Astro and JPMC berlatarkan sampul from BNPParibas. Love the combination colors.

• Dark brown money packets by MYC and the other ones are from Bank of Tokyo.

• Nice simple patterns from AlRajhi. Ada 2 colors in each packets.

• The most awaited money packets every year - Deustche Bank

• Theme biru (from top left) Hong Leong bank, muamalat ada 2 designs, standard chartered and CIMB. 

• Nih plak songket and embossed theme (from top left) HSBC, sumitomo bank, bank islam, meps and kuwait finance. 

• Last but not least Fashion Valet money packets which i have posted before. 

I think this year iols tak collect cam giler dah. Yang mana rasa takkan pakai sangat, i just collect sekeping2 jer for my own collection. The rest i shared it with orang lain yang nak. Last year punyer sampul pon banyak lagik buat isik duit pocket money tiap2 ari for Qeeb jer. 

dUCk Raya Cards & FV Money Packet 2017

I bought dUCk raya cards for my own collection. It's a set of 4 cards with 4 matching envelopes.

FV was super nice because they threw in a one big packet that has 10 different design of money packets inside! ho yeahhhh!!! 

FV Limited Edition Raya Packet

A colleague of mine gave me this limited edition of FV sampul raya. I was super happy because at first ingatkan dia nak bagi yang floral theme tuh. Skali dUCk songket sampul...OMG! biler dapat nie siap amik gambar satu2 cam feeling2 unboxing gadget gituh hahaha.

It comes with a luxurious box of 6 money packets. Four of them represent Songket shawl yang dorang jual. Quality tebal dan cantek!

Ada color lavender (the hot selling shawl), turquoise, green and brown. And also illustrations of how the songket pattern was inspired from a wedding dress.

Raya Packets 2016

It's all about raya! Other than admiring raya decor at malls, i love to collect raya packets yang cantek di mata. Kalo yang rare items as in susah nak dapat or very limited quantity, dapat 1 piece pon jadik lah. In my case, raya packets yang i always look forward to keep are Petronas, BNM and D*utsche Bank.
