Weekend @ PKNS & Coffee @ Take Five, SA

It was a CNY public holiday and the crowd wasn’t crazy prolly because ramai balik kampung or vacation. We went to find baju melayu hitam for Qeeb’s Hari Apresiasi. We found one quite fast…glad PKNS ada bukak banyak booth so senang sikit carik from one booth to the other. Yang satin punyer murah but we opt for cotton so that takde kurang lah dia complain peluh rimas nanti. Nak beli for raya gak but mau tambah lagik few hundreds *cry* so hold dulu lah. Then we checked out batik shirt at iamfamous. Ada promo for adult shirt, so amik lah dua helai and 2 for the kids. 

  

Then singgah watsons kat SACC and familymart. Jeeb wanted to try popcorn sofuto so we hang out here for a while. SACC bukak food stall and banyak meja. Quite windy so best jugak!

  

Then i wanted to drop by Take Five to grab a coffee. It’s a new cafe nearby our house. Small and minimalist with few options of coffee and bagels. 

Lunch @ Five O' Clock, The Sphere

One of the alternate weeks yang i kene work in office. My schedule tak sama ngan lunch gang so i went to have lunch with anyone yang ada kat office. First time tried makan at five o'clock and le boss said dia tingin nak makan laksa sarawak. So almost all of us ordered the same one

In the morning i will get my coffee at e-Mart. New found favourite to replace Maru yang telebih panas susah nak minom terus. Plus here can get the korean garlic bun too! 

Petang2 pon turun to emart to get another cup of coffee because next door je.

Coffee @ Wolf & Turtle, Bukit Tunku

It was Jeeb's 2nd dose appointment day. Since no need to follow the actual time, he decided to go there earlier and the best part was he agreed to drop by somewhere first to tapau coffee. I chose Bukit Tunku so can singgah KHB to grab a bite and Wolf & Turtle for coffee.

 

  

If only can dine in and more time to singgah QRA. But tahan sabar jelah...no need to rush for everything once and should wait until all this covid cases really died down after everyone dah fully vaccinated.

  

Wpon hari kejer but the car park was quite full. Hope to be back soon!

   

Cinnamon Rolls @ HomeBaker Clover

During weekdays, bila petang jer mula la rasa nak snacking or mengopi second dose. Hari yang order cinnamon rolls from HomeBaker Clover nih was the fastest decision ever. Usually lama dok scroll Grab atas bawah takleh decide nak beli aper because benda yang i nak makan kedai tuh tak jual coffee, kedai yang jual coffee takde benda sedap tok dimakan. 

Clover HomeBaker ada discounted promo plus i know they have Illy coffee so zasss laju order terus.  Oh boyyy kena ngan tekak sungguh time tuh plus the cinnamon rolls were still warm and freshly baked. Dari nak makan 1 jadik 2, aduhh! 

 

Coffee @ Burrow, BSC

After visited pusara, we dropped by Burrow to grab coffee and canelé. Glad there was no queue. Only  few tables occupied, best nye if can dine in. But nahh not just yet.

  

I grabbed 2 boxes of canelé a combination of The OG, Espresso Ganache and Maple Pecan plus 2 nasi lemak for the boys and 2 cups of Biscoff Latte. Then singgah MIL's house kejap to pass canelé. 

 

  

Turns out Zafeer loves the canelé. Qeeb tak suke because dia kata pahit2 blah luar tuh. Rasa sama cam kuih sarang semut laidat.  

  

Grab and Go @ Wolf&Turtle, KHB and Burrow

 It was all grab and go. Went to Bukit Tunku to get our morning coffee fix. Singgah Wolf & Turtle for coffee and KHB for some pastries. 

 

 

Ada hari singgah BSC and Jeeb tunggu kat tepi while i went to Burrow to tapau. Glad takde orang because time tuh weekdays and during office hour

 

First time trying out Burrow's biscoff latte and their canele. Bought two sets because nak bagi satu to MIL. We had few more repeats after that because sedap!
