Farewell for MD 2012

The first farewell session was at Lanai Kijang but did not take any photos there. The second one was at office, chip in duit ordered something for food and amik2 gambar. Since ada lagik yang mintak nak adakan photobooth, so carik lah template kat tenet just for fun.

We had mihun/ mee kari and some kuih muih that evening.

Last group photo with MSA...so sad that he's leaving us. On his very last day (around end of Oct), he salam with everyone. And ada lah sebak moment seketika heheh. We hope that the new MD will take a good care of us.

Mia & Mikhael Birthday Party

We went to Jeeb's cousins kiddos 2 in 1 birthday party. Mia the elder sister turned 5 and Mikhael turned 1 year old. Here comes birthday boy. I just love to look at his eyes...it's brown and greenish.

 

(Left) Big birthday banner and buffet table. Ada laksa johor, jco donuts and mini donuts, pasta, A&W hotdog, fries, nuggets etc. As usual, i wanted to eat more but this time i was busy entertaining Qeeb. (Right) All Tok Mamas cooing over Qeeb.

 

Time tgh makan2 tuh I saw A&W mascot in the house. Blink banyak kali baru prasan that it was not one but 3 ekor A&W bears in the house! Besttt (tp anak muka takot kah kah)

We continued to eat for few minutes then joined the crowd at patio. (Left) Qeeb's portrait. (Right) Qeeb tgh high layan baby wipes.

 

There was also a clown but he was outshine by these bears appearance and they don't even need to talk hehehe. The clown need to work harder i guess. The bears did some moves on gangnam style and dangdut.

Lunch at HST's House

Time Kak Huda benti hari tuh, we made a deal to have lunch at her house one of the weekends because she wants to cook for us! So few Saturdays ago, we went to her house yang betol2 kat blakang zoo! Kalo tak pegi mmg tatau lah ada banyak lagik rumah kat blakang tuh rupanyer. It's a classic style house, dekat lereng2 bukit, 3 storey but ke bawah. So it's like when masuk gate, trus ke 2nd floor. Time baru jer sampai parked keta, dah nampak monkeys bergayut kat atas pokok! lol mmg close to nature sungguh :)

Kak Huda prepared awesome homemade pizza and soto. Since it was just us...we had an unlimited access to the food. Makan non-stop lah jawabnyer! 

Petang sket we had hot chocolate with marshmallow, coffee, kek, and segala kudap2 yang ada. 

Yang bestnyer area umah kak huda nie sejuk jer rasa tayah pasang kipas and aircond pon. Natural lighting pon cantek. Since most of us dok jakun with the house, she took us for a house tour! Ada playroom, ada small garden which attached to the dining area (tempat we lepak), nice modern living room and cozy bedrooms. Syiok tgk umah orang :)

Just wanna share this Superheroes book belongs to Ethan (anak kak Huda). Dia punyer pop up gempak giler...siap ada lampu kat batman page.

Skyfall date

At 9.30am me and Jeeb suddenly decided to go watch Skyfall. So we bought 2 tix for 11.40am movie show and guiltily left the house without Qeeb. The last movie we watched at cinema was Avengers -.-

 

Suits and jackets yang Bonds pakai sumer nya nampak sexy and sleek! Memang dok tgk tuh jer lah start dari awal citer. Since Daniel Craig jadik Bond, tingat balik zaman minat Pierce Brosnan rasa silly plak. Because time tuh Bond banyak sangat gadget and lawan pon cam kodi jer. Time tgk halfway tuh, boleh pulak tatahan nak gi toilet. So i went out through pintu blakang and takleh masuk balik. Had to turun first floor and masuk balik from pintu depan arrghh tensen giler i missed some fight scenes.

After movie we went to Sushi King for lunch. Lama tak makan soft shell crab temaki! Dapat ler makan dengan relax but lepas tuh missed Qeeb plak so we watched video of him hahaha! Lepas makan singgah Daiso kejap to grab 2 things and rushed balik nak kejar Zohor. There goes our weekend date (≧∇≦)/

Note: Qeeb knew we sorok2 left him behind :P

Big Bad Wolf Book Sale 2012

Who went to the super monstrous book sale last year? I did! But on the last day :( Fret not, there were still TONS of books to choose! So this year the sale is going to start on 7th to 23 Dec 2012 at Mines Convention Centre (MIECC). Average price of books are RM8-RM30 super crazy cheap yo!

I'm planning to buy more children books + motivation & self improvement books. Or maybe some recipes and paperbacks. Arrghhh tgk lah nanti if i can control myself within budget or i went out of control. 

Qeeb and his another birthday cake

The other cake that i bought was to celebrate in SA. So when everybody is back from work, we gathered around and sang birthday song to him.

Qeeb looked hesitated in front of the birthday cake thehehe. It's either he was afraid tragedi siang berulang lagi (where he accidentally terkene candle wax) or he got bored why he has to cut 2 cakes in one day.

  

Still can't decide to blow or not to blow, so he bit a biscuit first. I'm anxiously waiting for his next response. Will he show tantrum, cry, or excited?

So Tok Wan helped to carry him so he can try to blow the candle. Yeayyy! (ada orang tukang tiup jugak)

Another trash the cake session. But this time x bagi dia potong sampai hancuq because Tok Mama wants to eat the cake.

The parents. Ho ho ho...our kid is now 2yo ♥!

Qeeb's 2nd Birthday

On 30.10.2012 Qeeb is officially 2 years old, alhamdulillah :) It's always amusing to watch his antics. He can also make me so geram when he shows tantrum tak tentu hala. At age 2 he knows how to be equal. For example when he gave me goodnight kisses 4x, he will insist to do the same to Jeeb too. I just love this bedtime routine! He knows color and shapes very well, biler sebut tersasul2 but biler main apps at iPad sumer betul pulak. He can be picky eater sometimes when he doesn't feel like to eat. And like most boy would, he just loves car.

So on his birthday i decided to amik cuti and took him for a playdate with his cousins. After picked up my sis, Lily and Myra we went to the Jungle Gym at Bangsar. Thanks to Shara, I got one entrance ticket free :) I was expecting no crowd but i was wrong because the place was packed with kids yang baru balik from international school it seemed. Plus the bad lighting that lead to rasa mandom-ness! Wpon theme ala2 jungle but somehow tak best. Yang jaga situ pon dah macam tarzan terjerit2 suruh budak jangan main ganas sangat.

At first Qeeb smangat nak try out the slide but suddenly he changed his mind. So i accompanied him >.<  I hate the slides because tinggi giler. If i'm in a theme park ok lah can jerit2, but nie nak kene control macho depan other kids. Ohhhh the things mother would do for their kid!

The spot he enjoyed the most was pool of balls. While Myra and Lily dah berenang2 dalam pool tuh, Qeeb was too lepak and rooted on the same spot lol!

Myra in action. Layan sungguh dia main sorang2 even though Lily busy exploring other games. She just know how to have a good time. Kalo tunggu Qeeb memang main setempat je lah jawabnyer hehe.

Then we had lunch at Viva and grab 2 mini cakes. One to cut in Cheras and the other one kat SA. Sampai jer rumah my sis did a quick and nice setup special for Qeeb :) Tengkiyu mama Cho!

Special moment right before he almost blow the candle, an unfortunate event happened. I pulled the cake nearer so Qeeb had a better angle, but tak prasan pulak this eager boy tekan the cake tray, plunged the cake forward and send the lit candle flying to his face. Memang terkujat giler babeng lah time tuh. Poor Qeeb has candle wax on his face, and then baru noticed ada slight minor burn near to his nose! Huaaa rasa guilty and careless! But syukur sangat nothing serious happened *wipe sweat*. Lepas nanges kejap, Qeeb was still in the mood to continue cutting the cake.

He got the chance to cut the cake as he pleased and he really enjoyed it (wpon muka serious). Lepas tuh insist nak rasa the cake. So bg lah sket part yang still ok hahaha! Aduyaiii qeeb qeeb. My nephew said, if amik video of the earlier scene dah macam birthday disaster yang dia tgk kat you tube terbwahahaha!

Qeeb also got a birthday pressie from my sis. Yeayyy! Thank you so much for the big blue car ♥ He hold the car all the way sampai balik SA and tahan nantok. My maid pujuk suruh duduk pon dia tanak...smangat yo!

Oh ya, by the time sampai rumah the burn near to his nose dah jadik quite obvious macam melecet merah2. Tak spasal dapat 'birthday present' kat muka sigh. Now (3 days later) dah start to kering, but im worried dia kopek. Qeeb's 2nd birthday session will be in the next entry :)
