Road Trip to Penang 2017

This year we needed a break so much that we decided to go to Penang. Well it was my plan actually. Plus it was school holidays. it has been almost 2 years we didn't go anywhere for family trip and Zafeer pon tak penah jalan jauh. We love beaches so we stayed at Batu Feringghi. Nothing fancy and adventurous like food hunting, we just want a simple and leisure vacation. On the way to Penang we were blessed that the kids slept all the way.

  

 

We reached Penang around 12ish, we decided to naik feri (paid RM7.70) to go to the island instead of the bridge. Luckily the queue wasn't that long and we waited for about 20mins before our turn and the kids loved it! The ride was short and sweet!

 

We drove through the town, saw Menara Jam (also known as Jubilee Clock Tower), and all other attractions. Singgah Gurney Paragon to freshen up and had lunch at the food court.

  

Checked in at Golden Sands Hotel - Cool Lounge if you are a member of the golden circle. They served juices, pastries and cakes while waiting. Bila nampak view tuh tak sabar nyer nak hit the beach.

 

That night, we had dinner at Long Beach Cafe. 

  

Strolled along the night market. Ada beca, orang jual dvds, totebags, fridge magnets, etc. Baju renang muslimah pon ada banyak choice. Qeeb pow citer Agen Ali...tah biler plak dia minat citer tuh. Balik bilik trus pasang sampai abes. Besides that i needed a flask because i forgot to bring one after masukkan air panas that morning kat rumah. Jumpe seketol with affordable price kat convenient store depan hotel. Sebaik tayah pegi masuk shopping mall.
