Team Building Day 1 @ Pullman, Putrajaya
On last (few) Fridays, i attended the 6th and last batch of team building at Pullman Putrajaya. Drive terus pegi sana and reached there 8.30ish. This is the 1st day itinerary.
The organizer's team were young, energetic and experienced. Based on other colleagues feedback yang dah pegi previous session semua cakap best. Indeed, the whole session was run smoothly and they managed to maintain the mood and momentum.
Ka Mate introduction, demo and instruction by the organizer.
We had like 20mins to practise and ermmm pening banyak suggestion and instructions. Ada yang nak simple ada yang nak menambah. In the end timing tak cukup and we haven't really finalize our move. So belasah jelah. To see the videos of group performance, check out my flickr. Am not gonna post it here, because it made cringe every time i watched it lol!
Then into the session that i'm more excited about - Dragon boat! Since it was still raining outside, so the Marina Officer gave safety talk inside the seminar room. Then we walked towards the Marina to get ready, hujan pon just nice dah reda. Each boat can carry up to 20 pax, so we combined groups. First warm up dolu led by the Marina Officer. Then water confidence session where we have to swim/ float from one jetty to another (dekat jer)
Ready with our life jacket and paddle.
We had 3 rounds of race. Too bad tak menang! Sedih betoi asik kalah jer lol! After race, we had tea break and checked in to our room. My room tercampak kat tower lain jauh from the gang haiyaaa bertambah2 frustrated jadiknyer. Sib baik bawak mask nie, wpon muka shrek. But the calming scent mmg best!
Malam tuh we had dinner by the lakeside. Telan air liur jelah tgk orang lain menang macam2 barang best. Yang tak brapa menang tuh dapat lahh bag quechua.
Excellent turnout for today's weekly check-in. Hearing about everyone's work accomplishment and the mutual assistance they are receiving is always uplifting.
