Staff Trip to Kuantan - Local Food
First stop when we arrived in Kuantan was Warung Poksu Moksu. Tak ramai orang, and food pon banyak lagik. Mostly semua deep fried, kopok lekor layan gaks, otak2 tak brapa sangat because i prefer yang grilled and dry.
Dinner at Lila Wadi We had buffet earlier at the hotel, so datang sini for the dessert. Tak dapat pegi kulacakes, datang sini pon jadik laa. Because we still can get their signature mango cheese cake here.
Ikan patin is a must try when you are in Pahang. I was informed ada a few yang famous....but the one yang i can recall are Gobang and Mabiq. So the one that i went was Mabiq because dia unique sket. Not the usual gulai tempoyak because kuah dia lagik pekat. Dorang panggil paeh patin.
If you want to tapau also can. They sell this daging salai and paeh patin frozen.
Breakfast at Nasi Kerabu Kemira is totally recommended and worth the wait. Even the queue panjang but rasa tak lama sangat kot menunggu. Cuma kene rebut tempat dolu. The grilled chicken and beef look glossy and glorious. Tapik isik dalam lembut and everything rasa freshly made.
Look at the pro masukkan condiments
On the way balik we singgah Lemang Tok Ki. After makan chicken kat kerabu kemira rasa cam jauh plak standard nyer. Even the rendang pon tak meet the expectations.
