Blooming mom-to-be

Blooming mom-to-be, or sometimes feeling blooming awful (^.^) Ooomai I'm going to be 6 months pregnant in 2 weeks time!

My picks and pickles at 5 months.

Sometimes when i feel faint fluttering or tiny bubbles, i always wonder is that what i think it is or is it just wind? The flutter is more frequent now but i still can't be sure. Can't wait to tell the difference :)

My pants also banyak yang refuse to zip. Almost every morning i'm getting dressed in frustrated frenzy because ada jer yang tak boleh nak mix and match. Stress oh! Rasa cam body porpotion tak balance -.- Besides asik2 makan nasik, pastuh ada jelah benda nak kunyah. But skang bila makan telampau banyak rasa gilti kejap jer. In split seconds remind myself "It's ok!" :) Think voluptious, not fat! Kof kof!

Now i have to get use to get up slowly after lying down. But old habit dies hard, i always get up abruptly and wohoooo there goes sharp pain! The right method is to turn one side, push up with one arm and use thigh muscles. Sleeping at night is also becoming a problem. I can't find a comfortable position and then backache starts to kick in. While sleeping on the side (especially the left side) is most commonly recommended, the book also say 'don't lay on your back' and my doc pulak said 'don't lay on your tummy'. Not much choice huh! I like to roll over from back to tummy when i wanted to read or main game on the phone and still does during first trimester until my doc said "what?! Don't do that again". yesofkos, now seems impossible dah pon haha...bleh senak dibuatnyer.

As much as susah nak tido, i enjoy sleeping and waking up late at weekends because internet says i won't get many chances later on :) And talk about tido, i read that it's normal to experience vivid and scary dreams. Which is so true! I had so many disturbing and strange dreams recently...few times jugak jumpe arwah bapak :) How i missed him, wish i can dream about mom too!

And oh, Cheep and I went to our first parenthood class last Sunday @ KLGCC! Not exactly an antenatal class but it was a good experience to gain more knowledge. I'll post some photos about the workshop in the next entry. Checklist of baby's must have also dah ada but satu aper pon belom beli lagik. Nak tunggu next month, dah start bulan posa, and then raya. I hope ada jelah sales nanti.

    don't worry about the pounds gaining..remember you are eating for two... until your doctor ask you to cut down sikit.. you must eat.. and makan makan makan.. happy happy :) lepas beranak.. bole bekung.. mesti slim balik :)

  6. soul sangat comellll! bila la nak jumpa ni... practically neighbors and yet the last time jumpa was during hamzah's akikah!

    bleh tak if i say that i miss being pregnant? minus the mual, heartburn, milk n soy bean as well as prawn-aversion (tak lalu LANGSUNG!), sakit belakang, swollen feet, constant headaches, etc etc. haha.

  7. Yulie, kalo time pregggy muncit tang perot jer besnyerr! tiap2 taun rasa nak pregnant hahaha. ko tuh mmg dah kurus sejak azali ah yulie! naik sket2 jer orang tak pasan pon ;)

  8. Mira, dats why lah! neighbour sblah taman pon susah nak jumpe. nanti kiter set date! i think kan im gonna miss being pregnant jugak nanti. because this is the only time i can flaunt those out of shape curves! lol!

  9. lijot, just wanna share with u some info. jgn minum soya banyak sgt, bimbang nnt terlebih protein. kawan aku dah kena. n then, nnt minta jeeb carikan kurma n air zam2. minum bila bulan2 terakhir. sakit2 masa mengandung tu sket je. nnt bila dah bersalin, pasti rindu nak rasa semua tu...

  11. jot, aku lak...air selusuh tu langsung xminum. cuma minta naz bacakan selawat n surah al- fatihah kat air b4 aku masuk labour room. tapi masa nak bsalin nnt, minta maaf dulu kat jeeb n semoga die pun ada sama dlm bilik bsalin nnt...(mcm awal sgt lak aku bgtau...hehehe)

  12. hehe tak awal lah...before aku pregnant lagik dah ada orang bagi pesanan tuh. mintak maap ngan husband before bersalin, time tgh push jangan angkat hips, dan banyak lagik lol!
