Golden Anniversary Celebration
Last 2 weeks, the whole family celebrated our dearest Pa & Ma wedding anniversary. Not just any number, it was the 50th celebration. So we made it something special. The preparation like caterer, invitation list, goodies bag, decoration etc started a month ahead.
So on that night, family and close friends yang baru sampai dropped by the registration table, signed their best wishes for the couple and then dapat goodies bag. Then started off with Doa recital by uncle Hazir.
We had amazing food, hawker style. Char koay tiaw, sate, popia basah, abc, tempura, roti jala and laksa.
Reminiscing memories, we flashed some of old and romantic photos of Pa & Ma. and narrated by Bro Kamal. Some of it were really funny, everyone had a good laugh.

Pastu pastu nak citer pasal background decor yang kitowang buat. Inspired by Pinterest. At first jenuh gak nak mengcover dinding kat porch nie dengan kain but we managed it somehow with Jeeb's height phew! We did the number 50 using a sparkly gold foam and hung some of the old photos collection to get the classic look pakai tali tangsi ngan sepit. We loved the turned out, and we think the guests enjoyed browsing the photos too. We spent almost 2 hours to assemble everything, but petang tuh hujan, so we had to cabut all the photos sbb takot rosak. Luckily Jeeb was really fast to put up all the photos again in a short time while I was getting ready. And the goodies bag pon looked dashing, in gold color with a splash of gold net. Ada custom cover Yassin, mini sejadah and candies inside. Dorang buat satu2 tuh dengan penoh ketabahan dan kesabaran hehe.

Oh yaa, lepas Qeeb tgk Nora nyanyi sedap dia cakap she looked like a princess, biler tanya nak mik gambar ke ngan Nora, dia angguk malu. But biler dah diri dekat malu pulokkkk!!! Main pintal2 my shawl gituh adoiyaiii!
While the guests layan karaoke and chit chatting, the boys entertained themselves trying to sound like chipmunks using helium gas, lol!
Alhamdulillah every thing went smoothly. Hujan stopped in time. The parents were happy to see all their closed relatives came to celebrate the occasion and every one had a good time. Iols end this entry with one nice photo of the soulmates then and now, still look amazing kannn!! They are an inspiration and an example as parents and as a couple. We hope to experience this ourselves the future too. If they can, we also can, insya Allah!
